Conc3al Inc Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms” or this “Agreement”) apply to your access and use of all websites, services, software, applications, content, programs, and products (collectively, the “Services”) provided to you (“you” or “your”) directly or indirectly through the website and associated domains of www.conc3al.com (the “Site”) by Conc3al Inc. (“Conc3al,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). In addition to the Terms, your access to and use of the Services are governed by the Conc3al Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.conc3al.com/privacy (the “Privacy Policy”), and any additional rules and/or terms identified or displayed on the Site or in connection with a particular Service or program. The Privacy Policy and any such additional rules and terms are incorporated by reference herein and constitute a part of this Agreement. 1. Acceptance of Terms
THESE TERMS GOVERN YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICES AND CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT) AND CONC3AL. YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR REPRESENTATION THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT). IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
Conc3al reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, by posting an updated version to the Site. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms because they are binding on you. By continuing to access or use the Services after updated Terms have been posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

2. Our Services
Conc3al is a provider of advanced security technologies and authentication solutions, including but not limited to document protection, identity verification, digital encryption, and brand security tools. Conc3al offers proprietary and licensed technologies that integrate physical and digital security applications.
You may use the Services for your personal or business use, provided you remain in compliance with all provisions of this Agreement. The term “Content” refers to all text, images, designs, graphics, information, logos, downloadable content, software, patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, intellectual property, and other proprietary information of Conc3al.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuance.

3. Licenses and Content
By accessing and using the Services, you may provide Conc3al with information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, or other materials (“Your Content”). You are legally responsible for Your Content, and Conc3al does not claim ownership of Your Content.
Any software downloads made available through the Site are provided under a limited license for personal or business use, and you shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute such software without express written consent from Conc3al.

Some Services may require you to create an account (“Account”), which will require you to provide certain information (“Registration Data”). By using the Services, you agree to:

• Maintain security of your account credentials

• Refrain from impersonating any individual or misrepresenting your affiliation

• Notify Conc3al of any unauthorized use of your account

We assume that any communications and other activities through use of your Registration Data were sent or authorized by you. You may update or delete your Account at any time through the Settings section of your Account. Upon deletion, you will no longer have access to Your Content, profile, or other stored data, and we accept no liability for such deletions.

• Violating intellectual property rights

• Distributing harmful or malicious software

• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity

• Bypassing security measures of the Site or Services

Conc3al reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. CONC3AL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CONC3AL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONC3AL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OR THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold Conc3al harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your Content

• Your violation of these Terms

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property Violations
If you believe any material on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact Conc3al immediately for removal consideration.

12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Miscellaneous

• No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.

• This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and Conc3al regarding your use of the Services.

• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

 
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
